What we collect

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider so we can display them in the app. We also receive OAuth credentials (access tokens) that allow us to write events to your calendar on your behalf.

Your roster screenshot is sent to the Anthropic Claude API to extract shift data. The image is processed in memory and is not stored on our servers at any point.

What we don't collect

We do not store your roster screenshots, the shift data extracted from them, or any calendar event content. No analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising cookies are used.

How we use your data

Your OAuth credentials are held in a signed, encrypted session cookie in your browser for the duration of your session. They are used only to write the calendar events you explicitly confirm.
