About this application

autoroster is a private, invite-only tool that converts shift-worker roster screenshots into calendar events. Access is granted at the sole discretion of the operator. By using this application you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

• You may use autoroster only for your own personal roster management.
• You must not attempt to circumvent the invite-only access controls or share your login credentials with others.
• You must not use the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Your content

You retain ownership of all roster images and calendar data you submit. By uploading an image you grant autoroster a temporary, limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of extracting shift data on your behalf. Images are deleted immediately after processing and are never stored persistently.

Calendar access

autoroster requests access to your Google Calendar or iCloud Calendar in order to create shift events. It will only create, and — if you choose to undo — delete, the events it has just added. It will not read, modify, or delete any other calendar data. You can revoke calendar access at any time via your Google or Apple account settings.

Third-party services

autoroster relies on third-party services including Anthropic (AI processing), Google, Apple, and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. The operator is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these services.

No warranty

autoroster is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator does not guarantee that the application will be available at all times, that shift data will be extracted without error, or that calendar events will be created correctly. You are responsible for verifying your calendar events after import.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of autoroster, including but not limited to missed shifts, incorrect calendar entries, or loss of data.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
